360 Panoramic Tours
360 Panoramic Tours help to showcase your property/project in an engaging and interactive way.
Where traditional photography locks you into a specific viewpoint, 360 photography allows the viewer to rotate the image in any direction they choose, providing a full 360° range of rotation.
This type of photography has many uses, however it is particularly useful in property marketing, enabling the viewer to explore interior and exterior spaces in a more natural way, giving them a deeper understanding of how these spaces relate to one another.
So what exactly is a 360° photograph and how are they captured?
In essence a 360° photograph is a series of “normal” photographs stiched together to create a panoramic image that captures the entire environment around it at a specific point.
The set of photos that make up the panorama are captured using an 18mm fisheye lens - 4 photos shot at North, East, South & West points along the azimuth plus 2 photos shot at the zenith and nadir.
What is a 360° Panoramic Tour?
Once all the panoramic images have been captured they can be linked together in series to form a Panoramic Tour, allowing the viewer to navigate around the space by selecting different parts of the image.
These tours can contain a multitude of different information and give the viewer a sense of scale and space unmatched by traditional photographs.
